Terms & Conditions

Please take a note that once a package if purchased there will be no option of a refund policy. My singing space reserves the right for a no refund policy.

Please remember to use the packages within the given time phrase otherwise you will no longer be able to use your original lesson slot unless the coach is available or has free time to give you a lesson slot outside the package duration time, therefore a change of your slot/day might be the only option available*
If you are unable to attend your regular lesson timing for more than 2 or 3 weeks, we may not be able to continue to reserve this fixed time slot for you, unless the slot is actually available and you are a regular student.

Lesson cancellations :

Please give us a 24 to 48 hours notice if you decide to cancel or move your lesson to another day.

This is because we need to respect coaches time and availability, and we will have to provide a make up session for you as well.

Please make sure that you schedule your make up lesson with us no longer than 2 weeks after you cancelled a lesson. This way we can continue the singing lessons and finish them within the exact time frame given as per our T&C.

Please use Whatsapp to connect with us by simply dropping a text or a call so that we can give you the available slot or the slot that you desire to take/book for your make up lesson.

Note : We prefer a simple text due to being busy teaching our students so a text is always a good idea, however if you prefer a call leave us a message and we will call you back once we are available.

Note : All lessons that can not be taken regularly or have been long time expired (as per the package validity) will be considered expired unless we find time & availability to accommodate you for those missed lessons, for which we will be in contact if a slot is at all available.

Payments :

When reserving booking or purchasing a package, a full payment of the package should be made up to 2 to 3 weeks in advance.
