Once a trial lesson has been booked and paid for, we reserve the right for a no refund policy.

This is because before a trial we make sure that all discussion and enquiries are agreed upon before booking the trial slot,.
No refund or rescheduling option is available unless an MC case is provided within 24 hours of cancellation.

Please take a note that we Reserve the right to provide you with a make up lesson for your trial lesson only upon availability and that you original time slot might not be available.
